We offer the only reverse osmosis system on the market that generates alkaline, re-mineralized water rich in molecular hydrogen (0.7-1.6 ppm), levels comparable to or better than water ionizers and hydrogen generators. 10 wStages of water purification2 Stage reverse osmosis through two Filmtec TW30-1812-100HR RO membranes. Two stage filtration is superior to single stage filtration in water production and brine (waste) water reduction. Typical RO systems achieve a water recovery rate of 10-20%. In simple terms, they are inefficient, sending 7.5 to 9 gallons to drain for every 10 gallons fed into the system. Our system is highly efficient, with a water recovery rate of 50-60% or 0.5-0.6 gallons for every gallon fed into the system! No system on the market can match our system’s performance.Aquatec electronic shutoff valve dramatically reduces TDS creep during system idle.Aquatec CDP-8800 booster pump. Boosting the water supply pressure is critical to optimizing membrane performance and extending membrane life. Our systems routinely operate at 70-80 psi, enhancing water production rate and water quality. Aquatec ERP-1000 permeate pump. A permeate pump is superior to an automatic shut off valve. Automatic shutoff valves work off system pressure and automatically close when system pressure achieves 60-65% of supply pressure, reducing pressure and delivery to the faucet by 35-40%. A permeate pump will continue to operate until the system pressure is approximately equal to line pressure. In addition, permeate pumps dramatically improve RO water recovery, in some cases by as much as 80%. Our system incorporates a permeate pump to facilitate permeate recovery by increasing the pressure drop across the membrane, thus enhancing membrane performance.Aquatec high pressure switch. Our system automatically starts/stops the booster pump when system pressure reaches 60 psi, ensuring exceptionally strong water flow to your faucet. Premium RO stand with 0-160 psi glycerin filled pressure gauge. The powder coated stand is very durable and compact, sliding easily into any sink cabinet. Since system components are housed within the stand, connections are a breeze! We even use color code fitting plugs at attachment points to simplify installation. We are the only manufacturer to offer an alkaline, re-mineralizing, antioxidant filtration system producing molecular hydrogen at levels comparable to or exceeding water ionizers. No filter on the market outperforms our proprietary alkaline H2 filter from the perspectives of taste, healthy minerals, and health benefits. Stage 2 – 5 micron premium KX Matrikx CTO coconut shell activated carbon block filter for removal of chlorine, odors, taste, organics, and heavy metals. Stage 3 – 1 micron premium KX Matrikx CTO Chloraguard coconut shell catalytic carbon block filter for removal of chlorine, chloramines, odors, taste, organics, and heavy metals. Stage 4a – 0.0001 micron Dow Filmtec TW30-1812-100HR, high rejection thin film composite (TFC) reverse osmosis membrane. Reverse Osmosis membranes remove 98%+ of ALL water contaminants, including bacteria, cysts, mold spores, viruses, heavy metals (including arsenic and lead), silica, fluoride, salts, and much more. Stage 4b – Brine (waste water) from Stage 3a is fed into a second 0.0001 micron Dow Filmtec TW30-1812-100HR high rejection thin film Composite (TFC) reverse osmosis membrane to increase water recovery. Two stage reverse osmosis dramatically improves membrane performance and reduces wastewater to drain. Combined with the Aquatec Booster pump package, 50%+ water recovery is achievable. Stage 5 – UltraPure IEX strong cation exchange resin. Eliminates residual residual cations, reducing startup TDS and modifies water pH to enhance downstream re-mineralization and extending H2 filter life. Stage 6-9 – 4 stage 2.5″ x 12″ alkaline H2 filter Stage 6 – Re-mineralization with EcoSafe Fossilized Sea Coral. Sea coral contains 24% Calcium, 12% magnesium, and 70+ trace minerals. Coral Calcium is the most bioavailable form of Calcium and creates a superb tasting water. Stage 7 – Production of antioxidants with 99.9% pure elemental Magnesium – Elemental Magnesium produces significant levels of molecular Hydrogen (0.7-1.6 ppm) and antioxidants (ORP -300 to -550 mV).
